Settings now has one clear wallet control instead of three overlapping ones. Fixes a crash that could hit the wallet and payment screens on Android 8 through 12. Payments carry an attribution code, and the token-account step is idempotent, so a purchase no longer fails when the account already exists. The region check now weighs every signal instead of stopping at the first. Smaller download.
